Quoted from another board. I thought Roma fans here might be interested in sharing their experience.
New Roma Website

Firstly, let me introduce myself - my name is Paul Rogers and I'm Head of Digital at AS Roma. Even before I came on board in January, I identified the fact that the current AS Roma website was not fit for purpose and was not adequately servicing the needs of fans anywhere. There's lot of stuff going on with regarding to improving what Roma does digitally - there's a lot to do and a long way to go - but my priority right now is to launch a new official website later this year - probably November 2015. I have a lot of ideas for how it can be a better than the existing site but I'm keen to work with passionate fans who will also have their own ideas of what they'd like to see on the new site. I'm also on the lookout for knowledgeable, talented and opinionated fans who would like to get involved or contribute - whether that's as writers, columnists, graphic designers, video producers etc I definitely want to make the site more entertaining, fan-centric and less corporate - which it currently is - so I'm keen to hear from anyone who feels they could contribute. If you have ideas or feedback you want to share, post it here or you can also contact me via email at content@asroma.it if you'd like to get involved more. Thanks in advance, Paul. |

Hi all, As I mentioned a while ago on a different thread, we're launching a new official website for AS Roma later this year. Anyway, I'd like to see if I can make a feature from contributions from this forum - curating the best content from fans on here into one article. The subject is: 'Why AS Roma?' As there are many fans of different ages, from different backgrounds and countries, the feature will showcase the different reasons why fans chose AS Roma to be their team (or AS Roma chose them). Basically, answering the question, 'Why AS Roma?' All contributions between 50 and 100 words will be considered - and I'll try and feature the best ones. Grazie! |
