Many ex-muslims are making it known why they left Islam. We need to support dissenting voices in the muslim world. Millions of muslims (nearly 70% in Pakistan for example) believe that apostasy should be punished by death.
We need to let religious zombies know that there is not a single iota of proof for the veracity of their religion, and anyone should be free to choose whatever religion they desire, whenever the desire. Or choose no religion at all.
Any influence religion has outside of the spiritual domain, it needs to loose. Inside the spiritual domain, it can preach, divide and condemn to its hearts content. In such a setup, If someone "misinterprets", no one gets mutilated, discriminated and/or killed, due to religion, in the real world.
Confining religion to spirituality = one less excuse for man to slit each others throats.
