Fiorentina v Lazio

As the sun sets and the rain sets in, we will take on Lazio, a team of many faces. An almost 100% win rate amongst all the title contenders sees us pick up the baton and keep running to the spring time.
It appears the Blaszczykowski has has made it back into the first team just in time for Bernadeschi's suspension. I take that to mean that we are so good, we're rotating our injuries and suspensions at once. As far as I can see, our immediate first team unavailable list is clear. Talk of Giuseppe Rossi's potential departure simply cannot hit the headlines as Fiorentina stressing out the other major contenders takes a much bigger natural interest. Interesting then, that the team who want him, Sampdoria, take on our title rivals Juventus tomorrow night. I suppose they could do with him!
Unlike last week for the top of the table class, both Inter and Napoli are taking on Sassuolo and Frosinone respectively. We are the ones with the major name coming to visit. I don't really want to talk about Lazio but we will have to be careful. A couple weeks or so ago, they managed to beat Inter and held them off scoring for a very lengthy period of time. I also find it interesting that they have been able to hold on to Antonio Candreva for such a long time. I guess he falls into that shell where he has to stay. Crucially, Lazio also have Lulic, Basta and De Vrij missing from their team.
Although our team is well rested after the Christmas break, we have had a midweek game against tough opponents away from home so the manager could be tempted to make a few changes. I am not convinced he will though.
