Gamification: XT Community players

jeudi 26 novembre 2015

I had an interesting conversation with a former colleague based on creating a game around a community. He's building a database and scrubbing general characterizations (inc. flow theory) of users within said community.

It's mostly about rewarding loyalty, generating buzz, and incentivizing more activity...but the real difference here is that the game is based on team play instead of individual accomplishments (a takeaway from his developer days at a major software company).

I was wondering how this would work on XT so I took some of his character design elements to build a basic "Serbian XT Player" (including the Description behind it).

How would you construct different WWE teams? Am I wrong about the Serbian XT player? If you were to help build a commmunity-based game, what characteristics would you add below?
