This was a special request from Cumi. Unfortunately, his man Fandi Ahmad did not make it beyond honorable mention. However there is a century selection, which i'd like to encounter, that has him included.
The XI:
The most dubious choices are the centerbacks. John de Wolf, Martin Koeman or Magno Mocelin could be in just the same. Nevertheless, Granqvist is one for the ages:
