With the playoffs being completed today the field of 24 teams is finally known and now all eyes are on the draw to be held in Paris on December 12 (18:00 CET). As usual the teams will be separated into four pots but with the tournament expanded to 24 teams there are now 6 teams in each pot.
Here are the seedings made official by UEFA today:
Big congratulations to Albania, Iceland, Northern Ireland, Slovakia and Wales who each have qualified for their first European Championships. In the case of Albania and Iceland its their first ever tournament in general. Also a welcome back to Austria, Romania, Switzerland and Turkey who return after missing out on 2012. Belgium return to a Euro for the first time since 2000 when they co-hosted and for Hungary its been since 1972.
