How dialects differs from a language in EE?

Curious to know the dialectical differences between various areas where the Serbo-Croatian-Slovenian is spoken. My tribe , "Kelmendi" speaks a different dialect compared to albanians from Kosove or the rest of albania. And obviously there are different nuances of albanian in various regions .

1. Numbers:
nja = one; dý = two: trij= three; katter=four; penss= five; yasht=six; shtát=seven; tét'=eight; nant=nine; dhèat=ten; nizet=twenty; tridhèt=thirty.

2. Names of some nations:
Madjar = a Hungarian; Nyemts = a German; Turk =a Turk; Shlavák=a Slovak; Shkye=a Rascian; Harvat=a Croat; Bugarch=a Vlach; Madyub= a Gypsy; Harap=a Moor.

3. Names of certain times:

in ufficial albanian the names Hungarian and Croatian are respectively : Hungarez , Kroate unlike in my dialect where they are called Madjar and Harvat .
