His previous contract was going to expire in 2017. The club has added 3 years to that.
Previously a midfielder and that's pretty visible. He's not afraid to pass the ball forward and his crosses are above average. Still needs to learn a thing or two about positioning when it comes to defending. Pretty much where Karsdorp was twelve months ago I guess.
